Welcome to the Ukraine Institute of Traumatherapy!

Our mission is to heal those affected by war trauma with cutting-edge, evidence-based approaches. This includes mental, physical, spiritual, occupational and social wellness. We also partner with IMHC, Inc. and the International Institute of Postgraduate Education to educate the next generation of Ukrainian mental health professionals.

Our vision is to create a community where mental health is a top priority, and individuals can access the resources they need to achieve optimal well-being. This is more than just words – the partnership of UIT, LLC, the UIT Charitable Fund, and International Mental Health Consulting, Inc. (IMHC) purchased a piece of land near Kyiv, in October 2023 and launched an ambitious, multi-million dollar capital campaign to build a state-of-the-art complex that will provide comprehensive, holistic, trauma-informed care to veterans, civilians, families, and children who have been profoundly impacted by the on-going war.

The first building planned for construction will cost $3,225,000. It will provide in-patient and out-patient treatment, as well as administrative offices. Visit our UIT Capital Campaign Page to learn more and join us today in the future of hope & healing in Ukraine.
