Group care

Group therapy consists of one to two psychologists and six to eight group members who have likely experienced similar experiences.

For example, a group may include several veterans who have served in the war and have a unique ability to connect over shared experiences.

Research suggests that group therapy is especially effective for veterans, adolescents, and those struggling with an addiction.

Many of our inpatient, residential, and outpatient programs utilize group therapy as a part of your treatment plan.
